1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by Pique Properties, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Pique Properties offers short-term rental accommodations. The details of each property, including amenities, rates, and house rules, are provided at the time of booking.
3. Booking and Payment
Booking:
To book a property, you must provide accurate and complete information. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Payment:
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on our website.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Strict:
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
5. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to respect the property and its contents. Any damage caused by a guest will be the guest's responsibility, and repair or replacement costs will be charged to the guest.
6. House Rules
All guests must adhere to the house rules provided at the time of booking. Violations of house rules may result in termination of the rental agreement without a refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
Pique Properties and its owners, Michael and Katrina Stead, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pique Properties, its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services or violation of these terms.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.
